This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Broken Matrix Technology LLC for the use of the Tessa mobile application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Broken Matrix Technology LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and your encryption PIN. The App does not verify the validity of loyalty programs or barcode contents you enter. For details on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
The App may offer subscription plans or one-time purchases processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments are handled by the respective platform. Refund policies are governed by the platform's terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every retailer's checkout system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broken Matrix Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or harms other users. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked.
