1TNT Expi is a mobile application for tracking expiry dates of documents, insurance, warranties and other items. This policy describes what data the app collects, how it is stored, and how it is used.

1. Data We Collect

Account data: Your email address, used for authentication via one-time code (OTP). No passwords are stored.

Profile data: A display name you choose.

Item data: Names, categories, expiry dates, notes, and reminder settings for items you track.

Documents: Photos of documents you attach to items. Stored locally on your device, encrypted.

Family data: Email addresses of family members you invite to share items.

2. How Data Is Stored

Core item data is stored locally on your device. If you use family sharing, shared items are synced via servers provided by Supabase (cloud infrastructure based on PostgreSQL).

Document photos are stored exclusively on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

3. How Data Is Used

Your data is used solely to provide the functionality of the app:

• Tracking expiry dates and sending reminders
• Displaying your items and their status
• Sharing selected items with family members
• Generating PDF and CSV exports
• Authenticating your identity via email

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose other than operating the app.

4. Data Sharing

Items you choose to share are visible to the family members you invite. This is the core function of family sharing.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except:

• Supabase: Infrastructure provider for syncing shared items
• Apple / Google: If you make an in-app purchase, the respective store processes the transaction. We do not store payment details

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained on your device as long as the app is installed. Shared data on our servers is retained as long as your account exists.

You can delete your account and all associated server data directly in the app, in the account settings.

6. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Security

Authentication is handled via one-time email codes. Document photos are encrypted on your device. All communication between the app and servers uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data directly in the app. You can also contact us — we will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
