1TNT Duo is a mobile application for recording and calculating shared child expenses between two parents. This policy describes what data the app collects, how it is stored, and how it is used.
Account data: Your email address, used for authentication via one-time code (OTP). No passwords are stored.
Profile data: A display name you choose.
Case data: Child name or label, birth year, expense records (title, amount, currency, category, date, notes), cost-sharing ratios, approvals, disputes, and settlements.
Documents: Photos of receipts you upload as proof of expenses.
Invitation data: Email address of a parent you invite to a shared case.
All data is stored on servers provided by Supabase (cloud infrastructure based on PostgreSQL). Uploaded documents are stored in Supabase Storage. Data is associated with your authenticated account.
We do not store data exclusively on your device. An internet connection is required to use the app.
Your data is used solely to provide the functionality of the app:
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose other than operating the app.
Your expense data, documents, and case information are shared with the other parent in the same case. This is the core function of the app.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except:
Your data is retained as long as your account exists. Expense records and documents are designed to be immutable for audit purposes — they cannot be edited or deleted through the app.

The app records a child's name (or label) and birth year for the purpose of associating expenses. No other data about children is collected. The app is intended for use by parents, not by children.
Authentication is handled via one-time email codes. Documents are stored in private storage accessible only to case participants. All communication between the app and servers uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
