This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Broken Matrix Technology for the use of the 1TNT Duo mobile application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
You agree not to:
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Broken Matrix Technology and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Expense data you enter is shared with the other parent in the same case — this is the core function of the App. For details on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
The App may offer subscription plans or one-time purchases processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments are handled by the respective platform. Refund policies are governed by the platform's terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broken Matrix Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked.
