Converter is a fiat and cryptocurrency converter app. This policy describes what data the app collects, how it is stored, and how it is used. The short answer: almost nothing.
Converter does not collect personal information. There are no user accounts, no registration, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers.
Local data only: Selected currency pairs, calculator state, theme preference, and cached exchange rates are stored locally on your device.
To fetch exchange rates, the app makes HTTPS requests to two public APIs:
These services may log your IP address and request metadata according to their own privacy policies. The app does not send any personal data along with these requests.
Local data is used only to provide the functionality of the app — remembering your last conversion, theme, and recent rates so the app works instantly and offline.
We do not sell, rent, share, or transmit your data to any third party. We never see your data — it never leaves your device.
All local data persists on your device for as long as the app is installed. Uninstalling the app removes everything. You can also clear cached rates manually in app settings.
Converter does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app is suitable for all ages.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
