This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Broken Matrix Technology LLC for the use of the Converter application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

The App, including its design, code, and graphics, is owned by Broken Matrix Technology LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Exchange rates are provided by third-party services and remain the property of their respective providers.
Exchange rates shown in the App are for informational purposes only. They may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. The App does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Do not rely on the App as the sole source for time-sensitive transactions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exchange rates will always be available or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broken Matrix Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any losses resulting from inaccurate exchange rates.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the App. We may terminate it at any time if you breach its terms.
